Weyrworld (cover of All the Weyrs of Pern)
A white dragon carrying a rider perches on a rock spire topped by a tree, while other dragons rest on spires rising from a sea of clouds under two crescent moons. Whelan painted it in 1990 as the cover of All the Weyrs of Pern.
