The 8th Realm

as you wake up from being teleported you look around and find your self in a strange land on the edge of a cliff on an island you catch something flutter in the wind to your right you reach out and grab a map out of the air you begin to look at the map and see several lands and in the top right corner you see written "the 8th realm" then you see a dark aura cover the map and then it burns from the center then it crumbles to the ground in ashes you then look up at the sky to see dark clouds gathering on the horizon. you then get up off the gorund and look around you but the one thing that catches your eye is a strange tower some where in the forest you also see a glowing mountain in the distance you begin to walk towards the tower since it seems to be closer...

seing as i have returned to my home land i wait for others to join me in my quest to vanquish the darkness that is taking over my realm i walk over to a lone pedestal that stands near by i then see that the destination orb is still in place. i then hear a voice echo from my sword saying *we are back but musch has changed since we were last here if others choose to come on the adventure with you then they will need the use of the legendary weapons* then i hear another voice echo from my staff saying * yes the darkness that covers this land is stronger than that of the darkness in the land of draconika. when the others come you will know what to do* i respond by saying *"understood."*

(this is my realm my world where i live this is where most of my powers come from)
[this is way before Sharidak began fighting for the light. this is years before he was defeated on the montain of Arukde.]

*I appear in another flash of light, this time appearing standing up with my arms folded in front of me. I look to the South, where a dark tower stands and the skies are an unnatural dark. I see Gaurdian to the side and without moving my gaze from the tower I say*

I sense the darkness here my friend, are these not your lands? Where have you been while the dark corrupts these lands? I see it in your stance, you don't even recognize the terrain! You have been gone for awhile then. I shall join the fight, knowing that while darkness lives in mass, a Warrior's buisness is never done...

as i see marko appear just a few feet from me i look at him and say " yes many things have changed i guess i have been gone longer than i thought. and yes these are my lands this is my home but the darkness has twisted it and changed it into something horrifying..." i then lok around for a moment then i say " are others going to come if so they better hurry." i then look at the tower in the distance then i say " since the darkness is twisting the land it has also blocked most of our powers we must head for the tower there." i then point at the tower "it is the only place that has never been afected by the darkness... come we must go" i then start walking towards the tower but just as i had started something jumps out of the shadows in the woods. as it jumps out it lands on me and knocks me to the ground then a voice is heard from the creature in a jubilant and distressed tone " HI dekrosna. where have been for the past 10 years. don't you know that the darkness is growing stronger here. it is about to desroy every thing and every one." the creature then looks over at marko then jumps at him knocking him to the ground i then send him a mental message *Don't worry she's friendly and she won't hurt you either* the creature then removes the shadow cloak from her to reveal a silver black young dragonshe then looks at marko then looks at me and says " is he here to help or is he here just to humor us." *Sharain...* i get up off the ground and say " he is here to help. no matter what you think of him he is stronger than he seems." i then remove the armor that i am wearing it falls to the ground and makes a soft thud then i remove the leather armor that i am wearing to reveal several scars on my body and on my arms. Sharain jumps off of marko and looks at the scars on my body then she looks at marko i then say " these scars are from the duels i fought with him. he is very strong and very good with his weapons." Sharain then jumps off of me and lands back on marko and begins yelling at him i then walk over and pick her up off of marko and i tell her " hey calm down Sharain i'm not dead and besides he has plenty of injuries from my weapons." she then calms down enough that i put her down on the ground i then help marko up off the ground and say " sorry bout that friend she is very energetic when she sees me. especially when i have been gone for a long time."
(the armor that i am wearing is enchanted so that it is lighter than any other armor)

A flash of light, a burning smell, and a strange popping sort of noise...and it was all gone. My trees replaced by a seemingly endless ocean, the sounds of my forest replaced by crashing waves. I looked up at this new world, and saw three other creatures with me - two other dragons, and a two-legged creature; they all looked the same to me.

"Who are..." I began, about to question the creatures. But something clouded my mind.
One of the dragons, the female, leaned in towards me. "Who are you?" she asked in a rather gentle voice. I heard a murmur from the male by her side, but didn't fully catch the words.
"I am..." I rose to my paws, fanning my wings. "I come from a forest, and I..." It was then I realised. That was all I knew. I had forgotten everything other than what my home looked like.

The dragons leaned in closer. "I don't know," I answered, in a more powerful voice this time. I looked down at my own body, and one thing was clear. The armour I wore and the fighting-blade attached to my tail identified me as a warrior, and I knew it was true. I had glimpses in my mind of combat; I was fighting both duels and in great wars.
"I don't know my name," I told them, having regathered my senses. "But I know I am a warrior. My home is in a great forest, but...I can't remember anything else."

as i see the new comer i listen to what he has to say then as he finished i look at him and say " do not wory about your memories they will return to you in due time but we must get moving to the tower there in the distance. i'll lead the way i might be able to find the way to the tower but Sharain here may need to help us out so she will be coming with us." i then turn towards the tower but then sharain looks up at me with a sad look. i then ask her " whats wrong Sharain?" she respondes by saying " the tower has been covered by a strange barrier i don't know if we will be able to get into the tower. i tried to keep the tower safe but some how a barrier formed around it i didn't create it. i think that i have failed to protect the tower." after she finished talking i knel down and begin to scratch the ridges of her eyes and i say " it's ok it was too much to ask of you but i know that you did your best." i then grab my armor off the ground and put it back on. then Sharain jumps up onto my shoulder and stays thereperched like some kind of bird. the i look in the distance and a large object rises from the top of the tower and begins to fly off in the distance.
(btw i am in my elven form. my transformations: elven, hybrid half dragon half elf, and dragon color depends on the color of the pendant around my neck)

*I see the form rise from the imposing tower...*

Shit, get cover in the woods! No need to be seen when you can help it!

*I sprint a few meters into the cover of the firs, watching the dragon lift off from the shadows...*

the creature then begins to fly in our direction then i hear a familiare voice echo in my head *"welcome back leader. we have been waiting for you to return."* i then watch marko jump into the bushes and hide i begin laughing then i stop and say " it's only Reyvorek he is one of the guardians here in the 8th realm..." i then start for the tower again... and wait for the others to follow

Back in my realm Krystal and flake are quickly getting ready to go as I aline the portal to go to the 8th realm. "Now if I remember correctly, this should be the right sequence." I say to my self as I rotate the different rings. Standing back I send a blast of magic at the orb in the middle. After a few seconds the orb starts to glow and the three rings start to rotate around it. Spining faster and faster until the orb flashes brightly leaving a blue-glowing portal in the middle. *Come on you to, can't keep it open forever.* I mentally say to Krystal and Flake. After a few minutes they show up panting having flown a fair amount of distance. Saying to them, "Ready to go." Krystal replies, "Yep, just had to take care of a few things. Larex is standing by in case you need him." "It should be alright, need someone to watch the place while I'm gone." With that we turn to the portal and step through.

Back in the 8th realm, about a mile from the place the others showed up, a blast of wind could be heard as a portal opened up. Stepping through, we arrive in what looks like a clearing in the middle of a dense forest as the portal closed behind us. Nasiaded from the trip we decide to wait here a bit till we get our heads together and search for the others.

as felt the burst of wind i also feel that a portal has opened i then run towards the glade that was just a mile away from the tower with one thought in my head * who opened that portal and why so close to the tower.* Sharain on my shoulder digs her claws in to the shoulder of my armor just to stay on my shoulder. i then burst through a bush surprising ice and the others with him. i stop and look at them and then Sharain jumps off my shoulder and lands on ice and looks at him (she is a young silver black dragon ok) after look at ice she then looks at the strange cloud like thing that is floating around the place she then jumps at it but misses it. i then look at ice and say "why did that portal drop you here sop close to the tower there." i then point to the N E direction. Sharain getting tired of trying to catch the strange floating cloud jumps back on my shoulder and stays there.

After jumping up from the suprise Guardian and his companion did ready to fight. Seeing it was them I lower my guard and say, "That old portal is really old, even older then before my fathers time. Wasn't suprised that it ploped us this far off course. (Plus I forgot some of the symbols sense my last visit here.) I mumbled.

Flake (he looks like Azelf off of pokemon) noticing Sharian chasing after the cloud, curious of her, he approaches her after she hoped back up on Guardian. Flying around her checking her out at all different angles.

Krystal walks over to my side, "You remember Krystal and Flake, but I don't know this little fella." Nosing toward Sharian. Krystal saying as she eyeballs Flake, "Nice to see you again Guardian, its been a while sense I last saw you." Flake now poking her at different spots.
